Delivery & Fulfillment

How Sealbound handles digital credential delivery, customer data readiness, failed delivery support, and optional phygital fulfillment.

Effective date: April 12, 2026

1. Digital Credential Delivery

Sealbound primarily delivers digital credential infrastructure: certificate pages, verification URLs, QR codes, PDFs, email notifications, and related white-label recipient flows.

Delivery timing depends on plan configuration, customer data quality, integration setup, and any scheduled issuance settings chosen by the customer.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient data, credential content, templates, sender details, and authorization to issue credentials.

Incorrect recipient emails, incomplete data, or customer-side integration issues may delay delivery until the information is corrected.

3. Physical or Phygital Fulfillment

Where physical, NFC, or phygital credential fulfillment is offered through a signed agreement or approved partner workflow, production and shipping timelines are handled according to the relevant order details.

Physical fulfillment availability may vary by region, volume, material selection, and operational capacity.

4. Failed Delivery and Support

If a digital credential email fails, customers can re-send credentials, update recipient details, or contact Sealbound support for help investigating delivery status.

For support, email info@sealbound.com with the workspace name, credential batch, and relevant recipient or order identifiers.

5. Changes to Fulfillment Options

Sealbound may update fulfillment options as the product evolves. Current availability should be confirmed during onboarding or in the signed commercial agreement.
