The Soulbound Token stays on the blockchain permanently. Recipients can re-access their credential anytime via the original claim link, QR code scan, or by connecting their wallet. Nothing is ever lost.

Yes. Go to your credential dashboard, find the credential, and click "Revoke." The on-chain record is updated to reflect revocation status, and the verification page will show the credential as revoked. The blockchain history is preserved for audit purposes.

Card production and NFC chip programming takes 3-5 business days. Shipping time depends on destination — typically 5-10 business days for international delivery. Bulk orders (100+) receive volume discounts on production.
